Change-of-mind returns and exchanges

Each Paper Chapel print is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or other preference-based reasons. Please review the product, color, size, and shipping address before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery at shop@grigerlab.com. Include your order number, a brief description, and a clear photo showing the issue. We may ask for additional photos of the full item, packaging, or shipping label when reasonably needed. Please keep the item and packaging until we confirm that our review is complete.

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge or issue a refund to the original payment method. You usually will not need to return the item. Please do not mail anything back unless we ask you to do so.

Lost orders

If tracking does not show delivery and the estimated delivery window has passed, email us within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or correct its shipping address. Requests to cancel or change an order for preference reasons can usually be considered only before production begins. This does not affect any right to cancel an unshipped delayed order. Sending a request does not guarantee that it can be completed.

Refund timing

When a refund is due, we issue it to the original payment method. After we issue it, your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
